Report back IRC meeting held on 16 May

We had a successful IRC meeting last monday with more than 20 attending. Thanks to all who made time for the meeting. We also managed to get through everything in just under an hour. Thanks to everybody for staying on topic and not getting side tracked. You can look at the agenda and read the logs or read a summary made by Maaz if you didn't manage to make.
